Biography :

Magnolia Realty Services Broker/Owner, Mandy D Carl, has been in the real estate business since 2008. The Broker for MRS has received numerous awards, achievements, and designations over the years.  She has earned her CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist), Earned ePRO Designation, Earned MCNE Designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), C2EX (National Association of Realtors Excellence Designation), and RENE (Real Estate Negotation Expert).  She opened the firm of Magnolia Realty Services, as the new Broker/Owner in July of 2015, and in 2023 joined the United Country Real Estate Franchise.  Her experience, education, and training within the real estate fields provides her with the necessary skills to assist her clients' needs very well.  As a licensed Broker/Owner, this has and will continue to afford her greater opportunities in real estate today, and in the future. Combined with her knowledge, community involvement, technological background, proven drive to succeed, efficient and ethical standards of practice, and client accessibility and team staff support, she strives to provide the best real estate service available to each one of her clients.
